I just got off the phone with Stacie, having shared with her how pleased we were with what your firm did for us at the Charles Arnold memorial service in Coupeville. Eddie and Henry arrived with the truck at the agreed upon time of 8:30 on Saturday. They were right on the money — I could have set my watch by their arrival. They were courteous and efficient in the way they set things up. ... Over 200 were in attendance, and everything went off without a glitch, thanks in large part to your efforts. The tent and everything turned out great! Thank you so much for all your help! It was a dream come true. Please note that when the guys were delivering the dishes, the glasses went crashing. I was actually pretty amazed only a few broke! The delivery guys gave them a quick once over and found two broken glasses, which they had someone run out and replace (I thought that was SO sweet). ... Overall it was a great experience.
