The summer has come to a close, the traditional wedding season is fizzling out and the dog days of winter are upon us. What does the crew at PPCdo in the winter? Well we are very busy in the spring, summer and early fall with tent installs and rental deliveries, but the pace of production doesn’t let up come late fall and winter. During our “Off Season” we are nearly as busy cleaning, inspecting, maintaining and repairing any and all equipment in our inventory. We service, count and purchase new equipment to fulfill needs we’ve established over the past rental season. Maintenance of our equipment is crucial to meeting our clients’ expectations that we provide clean, quality party rental equipment at a competitive rate.
We <3 Love! Especially when it is two of our own finding it together.
For him, it was love at first sight. “I thought she was the most beautiful girl in the world,” he said. It took a little while, but eventually he won her heart.
Mikki and Jamie met at PPC in 2005 and were married in October 2009. They went to the courthouse in their red PPC shirts in honor of where they met. They had a small, tented reception in the back of the Burlington office. Everything was already in the warehouse so it was an easy set up.
If you see Jamie out on a job, be sure to ask him about it. It’s the sweetest love story ever.
We had a lovely celebration at Greenfield Farms and Gardens. Hot Rock Pizza braved chilly temperatures to cook stone fired pizzas outside for the lively group inside. The decorations were sublime. We LOVE the family style rounded table which was fashioned from a line of two side-by-side banquet tables, with two half tables on the ends. What a perfect way to eat with guests at a wedding! A great time was had by all!
