Special events in tents can be challenging to design, as “How do you physically see space provided by a specific tent size?” Unless you’re lucky enough to secure a venue with a long standing tent set up, you typically don’t get a chance to walk the site (interior) and get your head around what is possible in the space. That is why Pacific Party Canopies offers CAD diagrams of potential tent(s) or even event space(s), in 2D and 3D, to help you see and create a floor plan as the event is being laid out. We can do this via email in most cases, but I recommend a sit down meeting at our office to work out your specific plans. Once we generate a plan, we can build an order based on designed floor plan.
