Special events in tents can be challenging to design, as “How do you physically see space provided by a specific tent size?” Unless you’re lucky enough to secure a venue with a long standing tent set up, you typically don’t get a chance to walk the site (interior) and get your head around what is possible in the space. That is why Pacific Party Canopies offers CAD diagrams of potential tent(s) or even event space(s), in 2D and 3D, to help you see and create a floor plan as the event is being laid out. We can do this via email in most cases, but I recommend a sit down meeting at our office to work out your specific plans. Once we generate a plan, we can build an order based on designed floor plan. It’s very helpful to see capacity, flow patterns and access points for guests and your event professionals alike. Please visit our web site to see some examples.
You want that “Wow” look at your wedding? Add a tent liner and leg drapes for your event tent. A tent liner is a soft, billowy, white fabric lining that is installed in the ceiling of the tent you choose and adds elegance to all tent styles. Coupled with leg drapes, the liner softens the look of frame tents and adds an airy and trendy look for pole tents. Review the pictures in our gallery to see photos depicting the liners and leg drapes in use. These liners can also be installed inside some buildings and barns to change the interior appearance. Check out our “Floating liners” link to see if we can install one in your event space.
We often get questions about how best to light our frame or pole tents. It has a lot to do with what time of day, type of event and how much lighting is needed. PPC offers an array of lighting options for your event tent set up. “Perimeter Lights,” pictured above, is a string of 7 Watt bulbs every 18” which offer a soft lighting that can be adjusted with a rheostat (dimmer) switch. Very nice lighting for wedding tents and can be supplemented with other lighting options such as colored up lighting. Inquire with our professional staff to determine what might work best for your event.
